Research and Development- This team is crucial part of CERES which is responsible for conducting research, developing formulations, testing and quality control, regulatory compliance and collaborating with other teams that are the core of company’s business.

Manufacturing- This team is responsible for producing the supplements and ensures the high standard of quality and safety of the product.
Sales and Marketing- This team develop and implement strategies to promote company’s products and educate potential customers about product benefits. Sales and Marketing team is responsible for identifying target markets, meet sales targets, analyze sales data and conduct market research.
Customer Service- This team provide assistance and support to customers by answering customer queries, providing guidance and support, resolve issues and complaints and provide feedback.
Finance and accounting- This team manages the financial aspect of CERES such as financial planning, analysis, reporting, controls, strategies and tax compliance.
Human Resource- This team manages CERES’s human capital and ensures the company’s workforce is well trained, motivated and productive. This team look after recruiting and hiring, onboarding and training and performance management.
