Return & Refund Policy
- If you are not satisfied with the product you bought on Ceres, you may be eligible to return it and get a refund by following the simple procedure set out in the Return and Refund Policy.
You can make a return by following these steps:
In order to get the refund for a specific order/ item, customer needs to send a request via email to our official email address (cereswellnesscanada@gmail.com).
- Your order details including order number, value, and tracking number.
- Depending on the reason you selected, you may be required to provide further information related to the order.
- After you provide the required information, the seller will examine and further decide whether to approve the refund.
- Then your final step is simply to select your refund method, and return your items.
- After you submit the request, we will provide you with a return label so that you can return the item(s).
- You may choose to receive your refund to be credited back via your original payment method.
- Return shipping is free on your first return within 14 days from the date of purchase. After that for any returns standard charges may apply.
- Print and tape the return label we provided to the outside of your return package. Mail out your package at the nearest Canada Post or UPS Express location and you're done!
- You can check the refund status of your item(s) on your order details page
- Please make sure your return package is postmarked within 7 days after you submit your return, otherwise the return process will be terminated.
- The return label we provide only works if you are shipping within Canada
